This beautiful home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, complete with modern appliances, a high-tech pool heater, a sun deck, and gorgeous tile flooring throughout. Large impact windows and a sliding glass door allow natural light to flood the space, and during cooler months, you can open the door fully to let in the refreshing ocean breeze, creating an expansive indoor-outdoor living experience.

And after a day at the beach, you’ll love the convenience of the outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off sand and saltwater before settling in to relax in the comfort of the home or by the pool. It’s the ideal way to transition from beach fun to total relaxation.

Great house! The pool has a fountain and blue lights come on automatically at night, which is really fun. The location is quiet, but close enough that you can walk to shopping or several pubs and restaurants.

This is our 5th year renting a house in Naples Park. This house included items that others never did, such as toilet paper, paper towels, a sponge, detergents and shampoo, body wash etc. It was such a huge help as it was just less we had to buy and bring! The open concept of the living space with the sliders that open was awesome! We loved that feel at night. The fire pit was nice for the one “chilly” evening we had. Our girls were 6 and 9 and loved the house. The only 2 mentions I would make is there is not an indoor table to eat at. There is a breakfast bar tabletop and an outdoor table. Also, the pool was amazing, but outside the swim ledge with the lounges the pool was too deep for them. So there wasn’t a “shallow” end. But we didn’t mind. The house was well maintained and cared for and clean. The hosts were great! Would definitely rent again!!

In 2020, we purchased our first vacation home in Naples, FL, hoping to create a getaway for ourselves and share it with others when we're not there. After spending six weeks in Naples, we quickly fell in love with the area and knew we wanted to make it a place where we could return often. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
