The property provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped and we took advantage of the grill for a steak and seafood dinner on Saturday. The pool was a huge hit with the family. Bedding was comfortable and towels were very nice. We enjoyed the sunset at Delnor-Wiggins State Park. The sports complex where our grandson had a lacrosse tournament was a short drive. I would recommend this property and would enjoy staying again if we have an occasion to visit the Naples area.

Great September getaway

We enjoyed our stay! We had a wonderful time. The house was a home away from home, very lovely, really enjoyable and well maintained house with everything that you need. The neighborhood is appealing with clean streets and beautiful houses. I enjoyed the bicycle ride around the neighborhood. The host, Andrei, was very accessible and responsive. Would stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Andrei’s place—it’s hands down one of our favorites out of the dozens of homes we’ve rented in Naples! Andrei was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering every question within minutes, which put us at ease right from the start.The house itself is spotless and thoughtfully stocked: from spare shower gel in the bathrooms to dishwasher tabs and laundry detergent in the kitchen, everything you could need is right there—no midnight run to Walmart required! Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the neighborhood is peaceful and traffic-free, perfect for evening bike rides on the brand-new family bikes as the sun sets.Our kids couldn’t get enough of the big tv sets and the sparkling pool, and we loved firing up the professional-grade BBQ on the spacious, fully furnished terrace for relaxed dinners al fresco. Plus, the high-end beach chairs and umbrellas made our trips to the shore effortless. We can’t wait to come back!
