We are about three years old and have the highest reviews from all of our guests who have stayed here. The elegant interior design boasts a flowing spacious 3 bedroom home with the highest quality material and furnishings. Everything including flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, appliances, furniture, tableware and cooking supplies are all brand new! A bright living room opens up into the screened-in pool and hot tub where you can enjoy the lush quiet garden, giving you southern sun exposure from dawn until dusk with spectacular sunsets off the back patio. THE 101 is ideally located within walking distance or a short bike ride to Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins State Park & Beach. The beaches offer many water sports equipment rentals. Supermarkets such as Publix, Trader Joes and Whole Foods are less than a 5 minute drive.
The Mercato Entertainment District offers a wide variety of finest Shops and Events on the Lawn. The Nightlife Scene of Mercato is renowned for its abundance and diversity including the Pub, Bar Tulia, Cavo Lounge, Blue Martini and Burn Cigar Bar, just to name a few many of which that have live entertainment and dancing. Apart from running a very successful Real Estate Business and Travel Management Consulting Company for many years, I ventured together with LoriMar Properties LLC to create these very finely tuned luxury vacation rentals. We designed them from the top to bottom with the thought of what we personally look for in a vacation rental and see as the most important things. We ensure all of our guests are 100% satisfied. A vacation is only as good as you enjoying yourself and feeling good during the entire time.
Why they chose this property
This is one of our favorite properties because we saw the perfect layout in the design of the rooms within the house giving everyone staying their personal space and yet family living room to gather at the same time. This is a unique property with so much attention to detail and interior design ranging from the furniture to the paint and amenities. This definitely makes you feel like you are on an instant vacation from the minute you open the door.
What makes this property unique
From the minute you step into this wonderful home you will notice the love and workmanship that we have put into every detail. It comfortably sleeps 8 and gives you so much space in the brand new kitchen or outdoor pool and spa area. It gives you seclusion and yet closeness to the beach, restaurants and shopping.
