Great house and setup with 4 bedrooms each with nice ensuite bath. The house is very much updated and new and has everything you need. Pool and hot tub were great. The area is close to beach and there are many restaurant options in the area just a short Uber away. Highly recommend this house if staying in north naples area and vrbo experience was perfect.

This house is absolutely perfect. It is just the right size for a family of 6. I was pleasantly surprised to find it fully stocked with everything we needed. From laundry detergent to toilet paper. The pool is on the small side but it worked just fine for our family. We would definitely stay here again! paper.the

Only two criticisms: 1. The door lock to the main bedroom is backwards: it only locks from the OUTSIDE (meaning if you're inside the room you can't lock others out but they can lock you in); 2. No two TVs in the house had the same cable/streaming set-up. The TV in the living room worked perfectly. But in two of the bedrooms there was no signal at all. Additionally the remotes were mixed up; we had to try each one in each room to figure it out (even though some were labeled). Other than that, no complaints.

Beautiful Home / Pool not heating correctly

The home is beautiful and perfect for 4 couples with all ensuites. Prior to booking the home (approximately 1 1/2 weeks before arrival), I had reached out to ask about pool/spa temps because we planned to use both during our stay and was one of the reasons we booked the home. Unfortunately, the pool nor the spa reached stated (or even usable) temps during our stay. The property manager was easy to communicate with and we reached out regarding this upon arrival and again the following day. Someone stopped by to work on it both times and she told me it should start warming up. We tried to give it time to warm up since nights were cool but it never became usable during our 4 night stay. Other than the poot temp, we had no issues. It was clean and well stocked with the basics including beach items and towels.
