Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Bonita Beach for its laid-back, unhurried pace — it's the Gulf Coast the way it used to be, without the crowds and high-rises. Mornings here mean quiet stretches of soft white sand, shelling along the shoreline, and dolphins surfacing just offshore. The sunsets over the Gulf are the kind people pull over their cars to watch. You're close to great seafood, easy boat and kayak access, and the wildlife of the nearby preserves, but the neighborhood itself stays peaceful and residential.
