Loved it!

We absolutely love everything about this place! The house is so awesome - clean, well maintained and has anything you might need. The beach and view are so beautiful and relaxing. The hostess, Cynthia, is the best. She goes over and above to make you feel welcome and treats you like a friend. We will definitely be going back!

Excellent location! The accuracy of the listing was not what I was expecting. From the photos, I thought we were renting the entire house. We only had the upstairs. No where on the listing does it say there will be guests downstairs. The amenities listed a hot tub. The upstairs does not have a hot tub, the hot tub on property is only for the downstairs guests. A window blind on the west side was being repaired. This allowed people to be able to see in our home at night, not ideal! The cleanliness: for the most part it was fine, but there was dried macaroni left under a table from previous guests as well as some hair that was not cleaned in the bathrooms.

We had everything needed to have a good time. Property was great and owner let us know that we could contact her about anything. Even though we had a few days of bad weather we enjoyed our stay at the beach house.

We had an amazing stay at Bonita Dolphin. Our family of five was so comfortable with all of the amenities and will definitely book again!

Beautiful private beach to watch the sunset.

Spacious, well-appointed home in a fantastic beachfront location. Owner was responsive and communicated throughout check-in and check-out. Would recommend to friends and family and may return next year.

Beautiful, comfortable home right on the Gulf

This beautiful, comfortable home was right on the Gulf with a private beach. We had all the conveniences to prepare meals, do a load of laundry, and enjoy the beautiful sunsets from our huge patio/deck area! The host was lovely and made sure that everything was perfect during our stay!

Great beach house

What an amazing place! We stayed here for the last few days of our vacation. We were out on the balcony and beach from breakfast to sunset. Great to be able to use the kayaks and paddle boards. Barbecues as the sun set. Comfortable beds. Plenty of space. Well-equipped. Would happily return.

When you think of a beach house

When you think about a beach house, you think about this location, property, beach, sunset. Best if served with a margarita. Not crazy fancy, but an amazing place.

Everything about our week was awesome. Love having the beach right outside our door. The house was clean and comfortable. Communication with the property manager was great. Would definitely be back.

Great family vacation

Great family vacation! Don’t bring anything they have everything! We had the best time with the perfect beach and beautiful sunsets. The owner is very nice and welcoming. This is the second time I come to this house and will come again. Very sad to leave this beach paradise!

Tranquil setting away from it all!

The property was fantastic. We had such a nice stay. We never went out to eat as we would just go pick up food and eat on the deck. We had the perfect ocean view! Cindy had the home fully stocked with amenities. We truly appreciated it and will be back!

Great house for some time at the beach

We had a great time - the house was amazing - very clean and well equipped - huge living room and master bedroom but the best is the sundeck overlooking the beach. The location is great too - very close to restaurants, shopping and still away from it all. The beach is clean and private and we saw dolphins almost every day. Cynthia was very helpful in answering our questions and also letting us in to house earlier than planned. Perfect vacation spot and a place to relaxe and unwind!

Excellent beach house experience!

We had an amazing time! The property was just as listed with an absolutely AMAZING backyard (aka the beach and ocean!) Everything we needed was provided and the owner was exceptionally nice and returned communication quickly. The deck was great; the views of the sunsets were breathtaking! I’d recommend this house to a family or large group of people; the lower level is very accommodating too!

Relaxing Beach Getaway

I’ve stayed at several beach properties and this was by far the best one. House is just steps from the water, very clean, and spacious. It is fully equipped with anything you may need. Will definitely go back. Cindy was also extremely friendly and helpful. Very quick to respond to inquiries.

All Agreed Great Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay here so much we are making plans for the next time we can come. Having been to many beaches this has been our favorite beach house. The view, the quietness of the beach, the water, and best of all it was only steps away from this house. Amazing! House was fully stocked with many of the items you may have forgotten (or couldn't bring because you were flying in). Thank you for sharing this amazing house.

Can't wait to come back!

Loved this house so much. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. We stayed over the Thanksgiving break and we cooked our Thanksgiving meal there. I brought many things I didn't need to unpack as all the utensils, pan, etc I needed were already there. Our puppies loved it too. They had plenty of room to run and play. In the community, everyone was friendly, and water sports rentals such as parasailing, etc were a 5 minute walk away. Cynthia was nothing short of amazing and made us feel welcome and at home. Can't wait to come back!
