Upon arrival the home looked impressive but we quickly started to see issues. The master bedroom sheets had not been changed - there were multiple hairs all over the sheets that we then had to wash. After a few days we noticed an insect infestation on one of the ledges. Multiple ant like hills and a huge spider web nest near the insect hills. We contacted the property manager who said it was dust then admitted that it was an issue that had already been addressed by the owner. There are holes in the walls, all of the towels and washcloths are stained, one of the showers had a broken handle and my child could not open the shower door without assistance. The windows are so dirty they are cloudy. In a 6 bedroom house there are three TVs and only one of the TVs work. If you have low standards this house will be perfect. If you’re expecting a “luxury mansion” keep looking.

Unfortunately this guest was someone that could not be made happy from the beginning and was searching for money back from the day they started to occupy the property. The sheets, as expected, get changed and washed after every single stay and the hairs pictured happened to not be there during the pre guest inspection. The guest was offered brand new sheets but said they don’t sleep on brand new sheets. The “insect hills” that the guest failed to mention was clarified as common mineral deposits due to the naturally salty air, of course not at all as she described. The property manager explained this, rather than “admitted it was an issue”. I have yet to find the holes in the walls not pictured. The towels get replaced as often as needed and have been replaced within a month of this guests stay and will continue to be. The shower door handle that was broken happened to be the one that had been fixed within a couple weeks of this guests stay and weren’t broken during the pre guest inspection. The windows seem as if they are cloudy because the house is within 20 feet of the ocean, the salt in the air sticks to them as the moisture from the humidity dissipates, they are cleaned in between every stay and pressure washed twice a year, yet a single windy night will cause the salt to build up. The property manager let me know that they had trouble getting the TV’s working and that it was a simple misunderstanding of how to operate them- also forgotten to mention. She shortly after requested 6,000 back due to relocating to a hotel for one night and we never received receipt of the 6,000 hotel stay.

Took a group of 12 to this location for wife’s 50th birthday. The place accommodated a big group of 6 couples with ease. All separate bedrooms with attached baths. Will most definitely stay here again. Awesome.

This home has the best location available for rent in Naples. Beautiful views all day long with great amenities. Pool and hot tub worked great and the spacious layout gives everyone an opportunity for their own space. We used this home for a golf trip and will be coming back again!

The property is amazing, great location, very spacious, great pool… we all had great time.Only disappointments cleanliness was very superficial… lots of dust. The property needs updating… towels were mostly old ( except beach towels) pillows are very old. This did not stop our great family vacation, we would love to come again .

Family Vacation

This was a perfect house for our large family getaway. Very spacious home with large bedrooms, living areas, and a pool area that beats most resorts. The view of the Bay and many picturesque windows was spectacular. The home is well equipped with everything needed to check in and enjoy. The host and local property manager are very nice and responsive including walking through the home upon arrival which was very helpful. We'll stay at this house again and highly recommend.

Wife’s 40th birthday celebration

We had 4 couples stay at this property. To be honest, it’s a huge house! We all had ample space and the view is amazing! The house is nice, could use some minor TLC but coming a few months after a hurricane rolled through we were really happy with the condition. If you have a big family or a group celebrating this is a great rental close by just about everything Naples has to offer. Would def stay here again!

Need some repairs. Umbrellas broke, grill very dirty, can use some cosmetic repair inside and out. Railings in DR broke refrigerator in kitchen leaking water air conditioning a little sluggish during the hot day. I believe it might be new window treatments on the windows needed.

Great family house!

House was beautiful and exceptionally well stocked with kitchen items and beach towels and chairs etc. There was even a cooler. Only two notes: the king bed in the study downstairs had a broken slat and so creaked everytime you moved. The primary bedroom temperature never got below 76 regardless of the thermostat setting and keeping all the doors and shades closed. The primary bathroom was even hotter. Otherwise it was as a great stay!

Lovely stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay but I am giving 4 stars because the property is tired and in need of upkeep. Communication and check-in were easy. Beautiful views. Kitchen fully equipped except strangely no hot pads? Pool, towels, lounges and bikes all great. Exterior paint on all railings required and as other reviewers have said no working ceiling lights (still) in the main room. Many cabinets throughout the house missing the knobs. That said, if you like the price then pretty sure you will enjoy your stay.

Nice sized property with beautiful location and view. Exterior needs some TLC and interior has few issues: no sound system to hook into with all the speakers; fans that didn't turn on; basic TV provider so couldn't watch NBA playoff game; and main room had maybe 3 overhead lights working.

Great for family gatherings

This property is great for getting your family together for any occasions. With six bedrooms, we were able to have our immediate family from all over the country spend the weekend together. There is plenty of space for 12 people to live comfortably in the space. The neighborhood is very quiet and the views are amazing. Michael, one of the property managers, was very helpful in giving us the lay of the land. All of our family enjoyed this peaceful stay very much.
