Absolutely PERFECT for family gatherings! We booked for our three adult children, spouses and our 6 grand children ages 2-14. Pool, hot tub, huge outside lanai, three dining areas, two family rooms and an amazing movie room! Clean, comfortable beds, amazing stocked kitchen. Games, toys, high chairs, cribs, towels galore, two locations to wash clothes and a very lovely property. Create some amazing memories at this amazing home!

Wonderful family trip

Our family, 6 adults/6 children, had a fabulous time. Communication with Steve/Dianne was excellent, the house was very clean and neat, check in/out very easy and house supplied with everything you would need. Pool area was a hit with grandkids.

Perfect getaway for large groups!

We weren't sure we could find a nice comfortable home with multiple amenities for 14 people, but jackpot, we found it! The owners were so pleasant to work with and we had everything you could want in this lovely home.

Golf and Beach Trip

6 couples stayed a week at this property! Everything at the house was very clean and well equipped! Pool and hot tub were amazing. Steve and Dianne answered all of our questions very quickly which is always appreciated! Great location too!!!If you stay here you will not be disappointed

Couldn’t ask for a better location or property. House was equipped with all the necessities for our stay. Pool was warm, beds were comfortable, great spot to come back to at the end of the day. Will book again next December!

The place was fantastic my kids & grandkids loved the place. I have friends that live in Naples and came over for bbq and they were amazed at the place. When we come back again we will definitely stay here again.

Bella Vista House

We had a great visit with family at the Bella Vista house. We had plenty of room in the house and really loved the pool area and Lanai. Finally, the check out procedure was really easy and appreciate the way this was handled.

Awesome experience- lots of memories

We had an awesome stay at the house and would highly recommend it. We had 9 adults and 3 kids and we had room to spare. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We spent most of our time next to the pool or in the pool. The property is very private, we couldn’t hear or see the neighbors. I look forward to staying at this house in the future.

Naples love

We weren’t especially impressed with the location of this property but the home was very nice. Loved the pool and there were plenty of bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the dishes, and pots and pans that you could possibly need. All of the bedrooms had a bath. The master bathroom was exceptional. Lovely home.

Beautifully place

The house is very large and spacious with beautiful landscaping. We bought coffee and tea but they provided all that plus things we didn't anticipated would be there. The host were very responsive through every step of the way. We had a great time and would highly recommend them.

Great trip

Great communication with Steve and Diana. The listing was exactly as described, with so many personal touches for our guests. All the rooms were extremely spacious and accommodating for our large party. Great location, close to Publix and Costco. They were even kind enough to mail an item that was left by one of the guests in our party. Great hosts and experience overall!

house was awesome. So many areas to congregate pool was wonderful even though weather was cool. owners were easy to contact and got right back to me i would come back for sure. i cant think of one negative. kitchen was extremely well equipped
