From the moment we discovered Naples Park in North Naples, we knew it was the perfect place for our vacation home. The neighborhood offers a laid-back yet upscale beach-town vibe – it’s relaxed and friendly, with a welcoming community that instantly made us feel at home – all while being centrally located just minutes from the beach, shopping, and dining . We love that we can stroll to beautiful Vanderbilt Beach for breathtaking sunsets , bike over to Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park to explore unspoiled natural beauty, or head around the corner to Mercato for upscale dining, shopping, and entertainment – all within minutes of our doorstep . The incredible walkability and easygoing lifestyle here means we hardly ever need a car, making every day feel like a carefree vacation. Naples Park truly has the best of everything: a laid-back yet refined coastal atmosphere, friendly neighbors, and an ideal location for vacationers. We couldn’t imagine a better spot to enjoy the Naples lifestyle and share this slice of paradise with our guests.

Both floors have a full kitchen and laundry area, which is perfect for multiple families or extended stays. Plus, every room comes equipped with its own Smart TV, so everyone can relax their own way.
One of our favorite features is the breakfast bar—the perfect spot to sip coffee and gather before a beach day. Step outside and you’ll find a beautiful covered patio with cozy outdoor furniture, ideal for morning chats or evening drinks.
And then there’s the hot tub—one-of-a-kind and oh-so-relaxing—alongside a heated pool that makes every season pool season! With plenty of parking, this home is easy and accessible for everyone.
Location-wise, you just can’t beat it. We’re minutes from Vanderbilt Beach for sunsets and sandy toes, and we absolutely love being so close to Mercato for shopping, dining, and nightlife. It’s the best of Naples—right at your fingertips
