Great house and setup with 4 bedrooms each with nice ensuite bath. The house is very much updated and new and has everything you need. Pool and hot tub were great. The area is close to beach and there are many restaurant options in the area just a short Uber away. Highly recommend this house if staying in north naples area and vrbo experience was perfect.

Hi Diane and we are surprised by the review. This is a brand-new home, and we've never had any issues with anything you are complaining about. I wish you would have reached out to me directly with your concerns. You never mentioned any of this accept, error on your part for not knowing how to properly warm up the spa. I did help you with that and you never said anything else about not being happy. Next time, please reach out to your property manager and they will be more than willing to help with whatever your concerns may be. We wish you well! Best - Naples Vacations

Perfect vacation

This house is absolutely perfect. It is just the right size for a family of 6. I was pleasantly surprised to find it fully stocked with everything we needed. From laundry detergent to toilet paper. The pool is on the small side but it worked just fine for our family. We would definitely stay here again! paper.the

May 2025 Vacation

Only two criticisms: 1. The door lock to the main bedroom is backwards: it only locks from the OUTSIDE (meaning if you're inside the room you can't lock others out but they can lock you in); 2. No two TVs in the house had the same cable/streaming set-up. The TV in the living room worked perfectly. But in two of the bedrooms there was no signal at all. Additionally the remotes were mixed up; we had to try each one in each room to figure it out (even though some were labeled). Other than that, no complaints.

Thank you for the review, Michael. We have corrected the lock situation and the tv's are working great! We're so happy you enjoyed your stay with us and had a good time! Best, Naples Vacations

Beautiful Home / Pool not heating correctly

The home is beautiful and perfect for 4 couples with all ensuites. Prior to booking the home (approximately 1 1/2 weeks before arrival), I had reached out to ask about pool/spa temps because we planned to use both during our stay and was one of the reasons we booked the home. Unfortunately, the pool nor the spa reached stated (or even usable) temps during our stay. The property manager was easy to communicate with and we reached out regarding this upon arrival and again the following day. Someone stopped by to work on it both times and she told me it should start warming up. We tried to give it time to warm up since nights were cool but it never became usable during our 4 night stay. Other than the poot temp, we had no issues. It was clean and well stocked with the basics including beach items and towels.

Response from VrboOwner on 6 July 2025
Thank you for the review, Christa! We have since fixed the issue with the pool/spa and have not had issues since. I'm sorry it was a struggle to keep the temperature going. Unfortunately, things can happen on the drop of a hat and it's out of our control at times. Overall, we're so happy you enjoyed your stay with us, and we'd love to host you again! The home is absolutely beautiful, looks just like the photos! Our family of five enjoyed having so much shared and private space - especially the five bathrooms! We did explore Naples a lot, but also didn’t mind just hanging around that beautiful home. The backyard space is nicely done and feels very private.

Amazing house and a very responsive amazing host.Very good location with proximity to the beach. We enjoyed our time.My only suggestion is to maybe putting a net in the back yard or apply whatever other mitigation is available. The mosquitos after 6pm are ruthless.

Thank you for letting us host you, Dimitri. We're so happy to hear you had a great time! It is Florida and rainy season so yes, the mosquitos will be quite the bother this time of the year around sunset and sunrise. We recommend bug spray if you'll be out in the evenings or early mornings. The county does do flyovers with mitigation for the bugs to help out. We would love to host you again soon!
