Newly renovated, first time as the rental property, cozy house is waiting for you! House is 12 minutes away from beautiful Naples Pier and Naples 5th Ave and only 30 minutes away from Fort Myers Airport.
House offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, office space, and headed pool with salt system. The master bedroom has a king bed, attached bath , and access to the lanai. The kids bedroom has to full beds, and shared bathroom with guest bedroom. The guest bedroom a queen bed and designated office space. Two sliding glass doors from living room lead to the screen enclosed lanai with heated pool, lounge chairs, dinning table with chairs and gas grill.

Great house for a family

The house was clean and comfortable. Equipped with everything you might need. Beach chairs which was great. Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would absolutely stay again.

Perfect Naples Stay

It was clean, comfortable, very roomy, and the pool area was EXCELLENT! It is a nice quiet neighborhood. It was a relaxing stay and we will definitely stay again. Two thumbs up!

Love this property

We had a terrific stay. Direct communication with the owner was really appreciated as I am not the most savvy computer user. I would encourage anyone considering this property to take advantage of it.

Perfect vacation home!

The house is exactly what we were hoping for! It has everything inside that you would need to enjoy the week! It was also very close to Publix and other stores you may want. The pool was perfect! We drove to Vanderbilt Beach and it was clean even with Red Tide that was thankfully ending! We drove to Tin City to do a little shopping as well. Lots of great restaurants nearby! Thank you Aneta for being a wonderful host in your adorable pink house! 💗
