We offer you a cozy house, in the center of town, eighteen kilometers from Valladolid, with a patio for exclusive use, 160 square meters and picnic area with barbecue. The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds of 1.05 m, a living room with a sofa bed of 1.40 m. The house is ideal to spend some quiet days with family or friends, in a pleasant environment, where you can walk among pine trees, next to the banks of the Duero and Adaja rivers and with beautiful views.
Near Tordesillas, Simancas and Medina del Campo. Land area of Verdeja grape wines, with numerous wineries within the Rueda designation of origin.
And if you prefer less than an hour you have Zamora, Salamanca, Segovia and Palencia

María Jesús es encantadora y la casa es muy confortable, espaciosa y bonita. Muy buen emplazamiento para visitar esta zona de la provincia de Valladolid. Volveremos.

ESTUPENDA CASA EN UN PUEBLO TRANQUILO

Mi mujer y yo, junto con nuestros dos yokshire, Toby y Dana, queríamos pasar una semana ( del 18 al 24 de septiembre 2018) relajados y visitar la zona de viñedos y visitar algunas bodegas de la D.O. Rueda. La elección no pudo ser mejor. La casa PINAR DE LAS CABAÑUELAS fue todo un acierto, muy limpia, equipamiento de cocina completo, tanto en electrodomésticos como en utensilios, no falta nada, decorada con gusto, buenas camas,sillón muy cómodo, el patio espectacular, grande y muy bien adornado. El fin de semana nos acompañaron otra pareja y estuvimos los cuatro encantados. Preparamos una barbacoa en la bodega, que también la tienen muy bonita y si no acompaña el tiempo es un sitio ideal para comer o cenar, esta semana hizo muy bueno y casi siempre estábamos en el patio cenando, tomando una cerveza o un buen vino de la tierra, jugando una partida, que tienen un montón de juegos de mesa o charlando un reto por las noches. El pueblo es muy tranquilo, pero tiene de todo lo que hace falta, tiendas para comprar lo básico, farmacia, estanco, 4 o 5 bares uno de ellos con restaurante que se come bien y a buen precios ( Bar Donde Tasio ). La gente amable, sitios para andar, pinares y ribera del río, y muy cerca de la cuna de la uva verdejo y bodegas como en Rueda, La Seca o Serrada, también a 20 minutos de Valladolid, Tordesillas o Medina del Campo. Los dueños super amables, no los vimos mucho pero siempre estaban pendientes por si nos hacía falta algo. Muchas gracias Juan Carlos y María Jesús, por vuestra estupenda casa, vuestro interés para que tuviéramos una buena estancia y el detalle de bienvenida. Si en otra ocasión volvemos por la zona no dudaremos en alojarnos en la Casa Rural Pinar de las Cabañuelas. Totalmente recomendable. Un saludo y muchas gracias.

Perfecta para cambiar de aires y desconectar

Estuvimos 4 amigos que pensamos a ultima hora cambiar de aires y hacer una escapada cerquita.Fue todo un descubrimiento y un acierto. La propietaria nos dio todo tipo de facilidades, fue encantadora y nos dejó hasta un riquisimo detalle de bievenida que nos encantó. Estuvimos con nuestra mascota y se lo pasó genial en el patio.Aunque estuvimos poquito y no nos dió tiempo a disfrutarlo mucho, es cierto que todo el tiempo que el clima nos permitió, disfrutamos a tope del gran espacio que hay fuera, decorafo con todo mimo..que rico sabe ahi fuera el cafetito! Volveremos sin dudarlo.
