About this property

Modern holiday house with elevator, car parking and garage for a payment. It is located in a quiet area, in contact with nature.

Just 50 meters away you can reach Piazza San Giorgio with its shopping and entertainment area. At about 200 meters away you can reach the beach where you can spend pleasant relaxing days with your family and friends.

In the back of the house there is our huge private playground, surrounded by pine trees and completely fenced, where every child can spend fantastic moments of play in total safety for the parents.

To explore Po Delta and its beauties, you will find quality bikes for a payment or, for short routes, we provide free courtesy bikes for adults and children

And for lovers of sunbathing and landscapes, you can access a sun terrace with sun loungers where with an exclusive panoramic view you can admire all of Rosolina Mare ... the beach, the fishing valleys and the unique and rare colors that the day gives us!

Schöne Wohnung

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Enrico der Verwalter war nett und freundlich. Wir hatten keinerlei Probleme. Nur das WLAN hat nicht richtig funktioniert, aber das war nicht schlimm. Diese Wohnungen sind wirklich empfehlenswert. 🙂🙂

Super!

Unser Urlaub war toll. Die Anlage ist sehr schön gelegen. Die Häuser und das Grundstück sind in einem sehr schönen Zustand, sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Besitzer sind alle sehr lieb, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Al Parco sehr genossen und werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles. Sehr schön.

Wir (4 Erw., 2 Kleinkinder) verbrachten eine Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung und können es weiterempfehlen. Alle Angaben in der Ausschreibung stimmen, der Kontakt zum Vermieter war klasse (freundlich, entgegenkommend, spontan). Die Ausstattung ist komfortabel, privater Parkplatz, Extrawünsche wurden berücksichtigt, bis zum Strand nicht mal 5 Minute zu Fuß. Es war für uns ein schöner Urlaub. Wandern, Baden, Stadtbummel - und dazu eine mehr als gastfreundliche Unterkunft -volle Punktzahl von uns !
