Penthouse Windkracht 10 is gelegen op de 4de etage van het nieuwe Badhuis Cadzand.
In de ruime woonkamer staat een hoekbank en een Samsung smart TV (netflix mogelijk indien eigen account) eethoek met 4 stoelen. Gratis wifi door heel het appartement beschikbaar.
In de kasten verschillende gezelschapspellen zoals Monopoly,Yachtzee,en diverse leesboeken.
Aangrenzend de keuken die van alle gemakken voorzien is.( afwasmachine,oven,magnetron,nespressomachine met capsules,koelkast,diepvries en inductiekookplaat en afzuigsysteem van Bora).
In het appartement staat ook een was/droogcombinatie inclusief wasmiddel, strijkplank en strijkijzer.
Aan de zuidzijde het zonnige dakterras met ruime loungebank en terrastafel.
Balkon aan de westzijde met uitzicht op zee en strand.
2 ruime slaapkamers met 1x2 persoons en 3x1 boxspring die opgemaakt zijn.
Beide met een eigen badkamer en toiletartikelen voor onder de douche. Handdoeken en badjassen liggen klaar voor gebruik op de opgemaakte bedden.
Genieten van het uitzicht op de ruime hoekbank of relaxen in de sauna of van het binnenzwembad.
Voor de auto is er 1 plaats in de afgesloten parkeergarage.
Fietsen huren is mogelijk op 500 meter.

Spätsommer in Cadzand
Ein herrlicher Urlaub mit ganztägigem Meeresrauschen, tollem Ausblick auf Meer, Schiffe und Sonnenuntergänge.
Die Lage etwa 50m vom schönen Strand haben wir als luxuriös empfunden und waren täglich dort schwimmen. Das ebenfalls sehr schöne, wenn auch etwas schwierig zu findende, Schwimmbad haben wir aufgrund des tollen Wetters nur einmal genutzt, die Sauna garnicht.
Wohnzimmer,Küche und Dachterrasse fanden wir auch attraktiv und gut ausgerüstet.
Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig sind die zwei nicht durch Türen abgetrennten en-suite-Badezimmer. Betten waren okay, aufgrund der Höhe(4.Stock) gab es auch kaum Mücken .
5 Restaurants verschiedener Güteklassen innerhalb von 100m war auch sehr komfortabel
Brötchenholen morgens und kleine Einkäufe gingen zu Fuß (10 min).
Eigentlich wollten wir noch Ausflüge und Sport machen, aber- Zack - hatten wir die Woche am Strand und auf dem Balkon verchillt.
Schön war's, wenn auch nicht gerade günstig...

Schönes Penthouse in Top-Lage
Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolles Ambiente, viel Platz, schöne Einrichtung und eine große Lounge-Terrasse und ein separater Balkon, jeweils mit Meerblick.
Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen!

Meerblickwohnung/rollstuhlgerecht
Wir waren für 3 Nächte in dieser sehr schön gelegenen Fewo. Die Ausstattung ist gut, allerdings nicht wie angekündigt, rollstuhlgerecht. Die Dusche ist nicht mit Rollstuhl zu nutzen. Die große Terrasse ist auf Grund einer hohen Stufe nicht für Rollstuhlfahrer zugängig. Gefehlt hat uns ein 2. TV im Schlafzimmer. Für den Mietpreis wäre es gut, abgenutzte Pfannen und Auflaufform auszutauschen. Insgesammt ist der Mietpreis zu hoch.

Beste Claudia vervelend om te horen dat jullie er vanuit gingen dat de penthouse ook voor iemand in een rolstoel beschikbaar was. Helaas staat dit wel bij de voorzieningen vermeld dat het niet geschikt voor is rolstoelgebruikers. Dat van de pannen checken we even na (en wat de tv betreft dat is voor ieder een persoonlijke keus).
Hoop dat jullie ondanks de miscommunicatie toch 3 leuke dagen hebben gehad.

Lieber Gast, Wir haben uns für eine luxuriöse Nespresso-Maschine entschieden, damit Sie Kaffee pro Tasse nach Ihrem eigenen Geschmack zubereiten können.
(wofür die Kapseln und der Zucker auch kostenlos im Korb neben der Maschine vorhanden sind). Deshalb gibt es im Penthouse eine Kaffeekanne, aber leider keinen Filter.

Wundervoller Kurzurlaub am Meer.
Wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage. Die Wohnung war traumhaft und alle Erwartungen wurden mehr als erfüllt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und direkt am Strand. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war sehr nett und alles perfekt organisiert. Dazu kommt noch der ebenfalls sehr gepflegte Pool. Wir können diese Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt!
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und durch Haus und Wohnung geführt.
Das wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtete Appartement befindet sich direkt am Strand, das Meer ist von Balkon und Terrasse in der untergehenden Sonne zu beobachten. Wir verlebten in der perfekt ausgestatteten Wohnung schöne Tage und können das Appartement nur weiterempfehlen.
