The Seaside is a modern and stylish apartment located on the second floor of a building with an elevator. It was renovated in October of 2014, and it features an open-concept kitchen and living area; a spacious master bedroom with access to the balcony; and a second bedroom with a trundle bed (two twin beds). The spacious balcony has a side view of the sea, and is perfect for having breakfast or lunch outdoors.



The apartment is just steps away from Zurriola Beach, and the city center and Old Town are just 10 minutes away on foot.

First time in San Sebastián

Property was exactly as advertised - easy to find, good location, nice little balcony with view to beach, good facilities, comfortable bed, smooth check in and very good communication with rental staff. There is paid parking about 50 metres from apartment, and plenty of great places to eat and drink within 5 minutes walk. It’s about 15 minutes to old town maybe, but so many great options closer. Would highly recommend this apartment for location and comfort. One suggestion only, get rid of the ageing black chair in living room!

Live the Gros Dream :)

The location, the building, size of the apartment, just enough furniture to feel comfy, it's all perfect for a (long) vacation. Despite its comfy looks, the couch is very uncomfortable. Also the bed and the protective cover can be improved - they are ok for just any airbnb apartment but for a luxury apartment such as this one (with this price ) I expect a more quality bed & couch.

El piso está genial: muy bien situado, pero tranquilo al mismo tiempo.

Tiene geles de manos y de ducha a disposición de los huéspedes, así como detergentes de lavavajillas, de platos y de lavadora. Un verdadero acierto, ideal para nuestra escapada en familia a Donostia!

Otima localização, espaçoso, iluminado, moderno. Tem todos os equipamentos necessários em uma casa. Não possui estacionamento próprio. Os estacionamentos públicos que são pertos são caros. Muito difícil achar vaga próximo ao apartamento.

Posizione ottima. Appartamento molto bello e dotato di tutti comfort, ma proprio tutto, completo anche di detersivo lavatrice e lavastoviglie, ombrellone da spiaggia. la cameretta un pochino poco luminosa. Se proprio devo cercare un difetto....

Spectacular location

The location was great, with partial view of the ocean from the balcony. The blackout blinds were amazing at keeping the light and noise out. Parking was 2 blocks away and a bit complicated to drive to the apartment with all the one way street. The key was picked up at another building.

El apartamento ideal de localización. Por dentro, muy cómodo. Habitaciones y cocina increíbles... Para repetir seguro. Por sacar alguna pega, el tostador hacia saltar el diferencial... pero pudimos usar el horno
