Central Apartment - Battistessa Residence

Residenza Battistessa is a two-room apartment, on the ground floor, located in a stately building and in the historic city centre of Caserta. It is a short 5 minutes walk from Royal Palace. The apartment can comfortably accommodate two adults and two children or 3 adults. Free fast Broadband WiFi connection.

The apartment is an ideal place for short holiday stays but it is also suitable for those who, for work, have to stay in Caserta for long periods. The apartment is composed by a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a living room with a kitchen and a sofa/bed which if necessary can be open to permit two children or two guys to sleep on. 2 bathrooms, one with shower stall and the other with washing machine.

In the apartment there are two air conditioners, one for each room, and an autonomous central heating system operating with timer and programmable in agreement with the owner. All bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. For long stays, a change of towels every seven days and cleaning of the apartment every fifteen days are included in the price.

In front of the apartment there is an excellent pastry and coffee shop where you can have breakfast (not included). The scent of its excellent freshly baked croissants will arrive right at home and it will be impossible not to try at least once for an exceptional breakfast in the morning.

Secure park "Vanvitelli Parking" is 270 metres far from the apartment - 4 minutes on foot - 12€/night. If you are lucky, it will be possible to find a place for the car, free of charge, on the white stripes, right near the accommodation. It's also possible to park the car on the blue stripes - Pay and Display Parking (from Monday to Saturday at the cost of 1, 20 €/hour from 8 to 21 and 0, 60 €/hour from 21 to 24 - Sunday and on public holidays 1, 20€/Daily rate).

Train station is 1, 3 km far from the apartment; you can reach It on foot in 16 minutes. The bus stop to reach Belvedere di San Leucio and Casertavecchia is 300 metres far from the apartment.
Supermarket "Decò" is 350 metres far from the apartment - 5 minutes on foot.

No pets allowed. It's absolutely forbidden to smoke in the apartment. It's not allowed to invite people outside the reservation. There is a security camera in the entrance of apartment.
