Casa B is perfect for 2-4 people. It is a cosy and full of light 50m2 apartment with a double room with a balcony and a smaller double room, all equipped with luxury beds, The living room houses a fully equipped kitchen and features another balcony. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.

The apartment was renovatedin 2014 (see details of our eco-renovation here) following eco-design principles and respecting the Catalan modernism from 1900. It is light, spacious, modern, eco and fun!

Everything about our stay was amazing! The apartment is beautiful, the Spanish windows are absolutely gorgeous. The location was perfect for us as well, we rarely had to take transportation anywhere. We waited until our last day to explore the terrace up on the 8th floor, the views were amazing!! Can’t say enough good things about our stay. Next time we’re in Barcelona we will be using Yok again! ??

Amazing and convenient location, not loud at night, but close to the Gothic Quarter. There is a convenience shop open late at night nearby. Restaurants and cafes close by and really nice. The host was great, communicated promptly and gave advice on local restaurants. The place was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful location in the heart of Barcelona, just steps away from the Arc de Triumph. The apartment is super clean and very private. Wonderful balcony to enjoy the street views. Excellent location, well furnished apartment with nice terrace. We had an excellent stay. Two suggestions; ending office hours at 2, but not allowing check in until 3, is unclear on the concept. Also, the other compnies renting units in building have their contact number on plaque at front door, yok does not. Airbnb app loads very slowly at times and made it difficult to communicate at check in leavingus to sit and sweat inside the tower outside office on 8th floor for almost an hour after we had dropped baggage earlier. Sandro was super helpful, it's the management that needs improvement on its customer service.

I am fussy by nature. As much as I look forward to my next trip, I tend to worry about the accommodation: specifically the location and cleanliness. In both cases, yök Casa + Cultura was perfect. It's the ideal place for anyone wishing to enjoy Barcelona more as a short-term 'resident' than as a tourist. For two of us, Casa B offered ample space for a week-long stay. The interior was quirky, the bed oh-so cosy, and the mosaic tile floors . . . just sublime. Mari and Sandro were excellent hosts—welcoming, knowledgeable, and non-intrusive. yök is in an area with some great restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and organic stores, and we pretty much walked everywhere. Honestly, staying at yök made our trip to Barcelona all the more enjoyable.

Great place with clear communication. Lots of restaurants nearby, and a lovely balcony for sitting and enjoying the Barcelona street life from up above. We were travelling with two small children and the kitchen made our lives much easier. Minor note for future parents: The beautiful old front door and elevator-up-a-half-flight-of-stairs made it a bit awkward to manage with a large stroller (needed to fold it in order to get inside)...I would most certainly travel with an umbrella stroller if staying here again. Otherwise don't hesitate and enjoy your stay.
