Your home away from home gives you exclusive access to an entire house designed to allow you to live as a local. The sea is six miles away at Saltburn or Redcar, we are 20 miles from Whitby, and the house is a few hundred yards walk from the Cleveland Way, Guisborough Forest and North Yorks Moors

Staying here allows you access to the private garden. Oh, and it’s pet-friendly too!

As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, a freezer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television, internet access, Netflix, Prime and a music player.

This house has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4. In the first bedroom, you will find a king bed.

The second bedroom contains zip and link bed which can be used as a king size or twin beds - please LET US KNOW WHICH CONFIGURATION YOU WANT.

There is additional sleeping space in the lounge, a small double sofa bed. Extra Cost and ONLY bookable with the Property Owners.

Our short holiday

The property was clean and tidy Not very homely. The staircase was really steep and we think quite dangers. Only one rail on it but you did need 2 rails. We are a older couple and found it very hard work. I also think any small children could fall down and really hurt themselves. Upstairs there only one mirror and the bathroom mirror which had a light on it which did not work. It was also hard to see in it to far back behind the basin. On the plus side the beds were really comfortable.
