You will have plenty of room in this newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath home that has taken on a new personality with her inside face-lift! Located across from a dedicated beach. amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, 4 cable TV's, internet, microwave, washer & dryer, large tub, shower, glass top stove, large dining room table, new sleeper sofa in the living room for extra sleeping space. . Nice patio set in front of house to relax and grill your catch of the day. You have a great view of the gulf from the nicely furnished patio outback. Located on an excellent stretch of beach, the gradual shore depth is perfect for swimming! Perfect for a larger family and a great value for the location!
This is a pet friendly home, and a non-refundable pet fee of $168 per pet will be added to the reservation upon Home Owner approval.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: One of the most enjoyable beach stays in many years. Very convenient to both Mexico Beach and Port St Joe. Cell reception is not very good but still a very nice vacation place. Look forward to 2024!

Check In Process

Adding electronic locks w/ code for check-in would make this a 5-star property. Having to drive to other side of PSJ for keys was a hassle. Otherwise, wonderful stay!

Not what we expected

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House itself was fine but bed was not to our liking. Very soft. Although clean, floors had areas that were somewhat sandy as if missed in sweeping. Great kitchen and fully stocked for any cooking needs. What we thought was a second driveway was actually an RV site so part of our week had an F250 and massive trailer about 3 feet from our patio. Made it unusable. Might be wise to alert future renters. If there were a possibility the small privacy panels could be extended the length of the drive, it would help a lot.

We had a good time. The location is very good across from the beach and a block from a full service restaurant. We didn't realize there is only one shower inside the house. One thing we had trouble with were the knives - the knives in the block were very dull and need sharpening. We also ran out of propane when using the grill.

Already booked for 2023.Only issue experienced was the cleaning company did not do a very good job and had to vacuum the whole house right off the bat and also toilets had to be cleaned.
