The lovely 3 bedroom Villa Girasoles is set in a quiet residential area of Rana Verde Chiclana and is in easy reach of the local beaches and the local town. There are two bars, restaurant and chemist all within walking distance.

Villa Girasoles is a lovely spacious family villa sleeps 6 people, the front door leads to a hallway leading of from here are the 3 bedrooms, 2 king size bedrooms and one twin all bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans, wardrobes, bedside table and lamps. There is a family bathroom with a bath with over head shower.

From the hallway there are double doors leading to the open plan lounge kitchen dining room here you will find 2 large sofas television dining table and chairs .

The kitchen is fully fitted with a large fridge freezer dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave large electric oven with gas hob the washing machine is situated in the casita outside.

The villa has plenty of books and children’s games, a highchair and travel cot are available please advise on booking if you require

The villa is set in its own walled grounds and has its own private lockable gates at the entrance.

There is a great swimming pool with Roman steps surrounded my gravel and gardens.

For outdoor meals, there is a built in BBQ and outside table and chairs.

There are sunbeds and a sun shade, beach chairs.

Bedroom windows are all fitted with insect nets.

The villa is cleaned before you arrive and when you depart.

All towels, bed linen, beach towels, gas and electric are included.

I will greet you at the villa on arrival and will be only a phone call away if you need and help during your stay.
