This two bedroom apartment is set on the first floor of a semi-detached house in the residential area of Preston, in Paignton. The light and airy interior is well-appointed with quality furnishings and wooden floors throughout.



With garage parking for a small car and good public transport links, why not leave the car behind and explore to your heart’s content? Very comfortable and with everything you’ll need, after a busy day it’s a wonderful retreat for a night in front of the TV or playing a board game together. A very clean, modern apartment 10 mins. walk from the beach. Lots of places to visit on the bus, the steam train or boat- if you don’t want to use the car. We visited Dartmouth, Totnes, Agatha Christie’s house, Brixham, Babbacombe, Plymouth. Lots of places still to visit next time. Enjoyable stay in Devon.

We had a brilliant holiday, and this property greatly contributed to our experience. The flat is wonderfully decorated and very well equipped. It felt as we were staying at a home away from home.. We did not get to enjoy the lovely garden at the back as the weather was not that great. Parking-wise: there wasn't enough room for our estate vehicle in the garage, so we parked on the street overnight, and we had to move by 10:00 AM. That wasn't a big problem for us, as we spent every day away from the property. Highly recommended!

The apartment is spotlessly clean and really well equipped. It is close by to local amenities and beach. I do agree with other reviewers that the bedrooms seem wrong way round as double bed in smallest room and there is a definite problem with the position of a shelf. We slept in single beds and our granddaughters slept in double so it was easily overcome. I do have two issues though. One is that the view of the garden does not reflect pictures of garden as it’s neighbours and they clearly don’t take as much care with their property. The biggest thing for us was not being able to park on drive. Whilst there is street parking there is a time limit , this is not made clear on website. You can park in another unrestricted area but it’s a little walk away and we had bad weather and two little girls who were soaked before we even started our day. Not huge issues but something I wish I’d known before I’d booked. The welcome goodies were a lovely bonus, thank you.

We were pleased with the accomodation.

We were pleased with the accomodation. Plenty of kitchen equipment. Beds were comfy as was the seating in the lounge. Once we got our bearings we found the bus stops which we used to go to Torquay and Paignton town shops. Sainsburys was just a few streets away. Also plenty of books, games,CDs etc to entertain us if we didn't want to go out. A nice four day break!

We have never stayed in such a wonderfully well equipped home. It really did have everything we could possibly need, even disposals etc. It really did feel like home and our stay was brilliant because of it. The location is very well placed for all tourist attractions and close by for lots of activities for children. Would not hesitate to book again.

Do to family crisis had to cut the holiday short we were sad to leave. Just one thing would advise take down the shelf in back bedroom as caught my back several times.

Beautifully presented and welcoming apartment. Scones, jam and clotted cream to welcome you in amongst a few other lovely touches. Extremely well equipped, comfortable and modern apartment not far from the sea front. Garage parking for one car, our Ford Kuga just about squeezed in so anything any bigger wouldn't fit. Would love to stay here again if we visit Paignton another time :-)
