Traumhafter Seeblick

Unser Familienurlaub war dank der schönen Ferienwohnung mit der grandiosen Dachterasse ein Traum. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Appartement Dachgeschoss

Aussicht traumhaft, immer wieder beim Betreten der Wohnung der Ausruf: ah oh. Wohnung zentral gelegen und sehr schön. Dachterrasse ein Traum. Keine Autos und Lärm zu hören. Ein Sonnenschirm wäre von Vorteil.

Great location

Great location a short walk from the old town & Lake. Lovely quiet location. Large roof top terrace, but no umbrella or awning. Air conditioning worked brilliantly.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit etwas Ärger

Die Ferienwohnung ist groß, gut ausgestattet und hat eine tolle Dachterrasse mit einem Ausblick, das sich kaum beschreiben lässt. Als Familie kann man hier hervorragend Urlaub machen. Die Wohnung wurde vorab zwar gut gereinigt, aber das Badezimmer ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und in der Duschkabine gibt es ordentlich Schimmelbildung. Zudem hat die Couch einige Flecken. Leider gab es einige technische Probleme, u.a. kaputte Glühbirnen und Steckdosen. Allen voran hat uns aber die Klimaanlage geärgert. Zwar waren die Ansprechpartner vor Ort schnell verfügbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber auch sie konnte nicht verhindern, dass die Klimaanlage immer wieder Probleme machte. Zudem ist die Internetverbindung sehr schwach und instabil (vielleicht auch normal in dem Gebiet). Organisatorisch war sonst alles in Ordnung. Lediglich die Anleitungen, z.B. für die Klimaanlage oder den Abfall, hätten genauer sein können.

Als exclusiv Wohnung angeboten, hatte aber Mängel

Die Aussicht und die Dachterrasse einfach genial. Aber: Die Duschkabine war nicht ansehnlich. Es fehlte eine Mosaikfliese und die Abdichtung der Duschkabine wies Schimmel auf. Müsste dringend erneuert werden. Der Backofen war total verfettet und musste vor Gebrauch erst einmal gereinigt werden. Die Anweisung für die Müllentsorgung (besonders für Plastik) müsste genauer beschrieben werden. Auch die Tonne für Flaschen und Dosen ist in der Ferienwohnung nicht vorhanden. Der Überzug auf dem Sofa und die Kissenbezüge hätten eine Reinigung nötig.
