Each of our apartments is designed to offer you a quality stay, and Jack’s Penthouse is no exception. Completely renovated and tastefully furnished in the spring of 2018, it is located on the fourth floor of a building without an elevator, just a few steps from the center of Desenzano del Garda. Despite the effort of the climb, the breathtaking view of Lake Garda and the castle more than reward each step, offering you an unforgettable experience from the small, equipped balcony, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning or aperitifs at sunset. The apartment welcomes guests into a spacious and bright living room, furnished with a sofa bed, TV, dining table, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen, which includes a toaster, kettle, moka, oven, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer. Air conditioning, present in every room, ensures optimal comfort even on the hottest days. The master bedroom has a wardrobe, desk, and a private bathroom with a shower, sink, bidet, and WC. The second bedroom, located near the entrance, has a private bathroom with a shower, sink, bidet, and a practical wardrobe. Each bed is enhanced with a high-quality topper, improving comfort and sleep quality. Free Wi-Fi and a practical storage room with a washing machine complete the apartment’s offering, along with new, carefully chosen furniture that contributes to creating a welcoming and refined environment. The location is ideal for exploring Desenzano and its surroundings: supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and shops are nearby, while the A4 highway, just 3 km away, allows easy access to cities like Milan and Venice. For those traveling by train, the well-connected Desenzano del Garda station is just a short walk away. A private multi-story parking lot, 400 meters from the apartment, is available upon request for a daily cost of 15 E. A distinctive feature of all our apartments is the Concierge service, ensuring you a stress-free and completely personalized stay. From a week before your arrival, a dedicated concierge (available in Italian, English, German, Spanish, and Portuguese) will be at your disposal to answer any questions about the apartment or the surrounding area. You won’t have to worry about boxes with codes or walking long distances to collect keys. Your personal concierge will welcome you directly upon arrival, escort you to the apartment, and remain available for any needs during your stay. At the end of your experience, the concierge will be present to say goodbye and make sure everything was perfect. Assistance is guaranteed via direct chat, with quick and personalized responses to ensure you always feel pampered and well cared for. Jack’s Penthouse also offers a security deposit of 150 E, which will be refunded at the end of the stay if there is no damage to the apartment. Check-in is available from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, with an additional charge of 50 E for arrivals between 7:00 pm and 11:30 pm. Pets are welcome for an additional charge of 5 E per day. Upon request, we provide a welcome pack for your four-legged friends, including a bed, bowls, and food for the first night. If desired, the materials will be available for you to take with you at the end of your stay, with an additional charge of 15 E per night for the extra service.
