Great Location with very responsive staff

The Apartment was large enough to accomodate 6 adults and in a great location close to ferry terminal and many restaurants, walking distance to the beach(rocky) and the Roman ruins and castle,. I did not find the pull out sofa uncomfortable. After a few hiccups which were quickly addressed the AC work great, it was 90+ the entire length of our stay. Kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, dishes and pans. We cooked breakfast most mornings after visiting the nearby market. The team of contacts was easy to communicate with, checkin was easy, and Joao was very responsive to our requests. Many thanks Joao! I will definitely return to the area and apartment complex again. A bit more of basic supplies as ours looked like the previous occupiers leftovers. Ice cubes trays for the freezer would have been much appreciated by us American travelers especially during the heat.

Desenzano Dreaming

The location was great for the views, accessibility to train and ferry. Within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, markets. The apartment was spacious, clean, modern, and comfortably for 5 ladies. Our Host Elizabeth greeted us prior to our trip and was available to us throughout our stay. We were not familiar with the washer/dryer combo unit. We suggest adding some instructions to the booklet. We did not realize it would be difficult to call a taxi or a ride share to the train station in early morning. While transport is not the responsibility of the host company, it would be helpful to share tips on availability of transport with luggage.

Excellent apartment in fabulous location!

The size of the apartment was great, plenty of room. Very modern. The welcome (by Andrelina and her husband) was very warm and informative. Excellent location right next to the lake and all that Desenzano has to offer. Beds very comfortably, incredible views! It would be nice to have some extra things like more washing up liquid, salt, pepper and olive oil if coming from abroad….

Great stay in Desenzano del Garda

The location is great, the flat is spacious, beautifully renovated, very clean and efficiently air-conditioned, the beds are very comfortable and the parking in Via Scavi Romano (Autosilo) lies within easy walking distance. Everything was perfect
