Newly renovated apartment in the Old Town of Peñiscola. Spectacular views of the sea, the fishing port and the south beach.

Apartment with 2 bedrooms, capacity for 4-5 people, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, with vitro, living room with TV, sofa and dining area. The house has two balconies and beautiful views of the sea. It has a private terrace on the roof, with washing machine and tender area. Wifi is available throughout the apartment.

The apartment is located at the entrance of the old town of Peñiscola, it has very easy access by two streets. The summer months there is a lot of leisure around, very nice and lively atmosphere.
The typical bufador is located a few steps from the apartment.
Las Playas are within walking distance of the apartment, 2 minutes on foot.

The Port of Peñiscola is located right in front of the apartment, perfect to enjoy the arrival or departure of fishing boats, see a beautiful sunset, encourage a walk by the sea in swallow or even visit the Columbretes Islands, marine reserve .

Ideal to spend a few days in the Heart of Peñiscola. In the same area there are bars, restaurants and typical shops where you can buy souvenirs. Within walking distance there are several public parking areas, bus stop and taxi.

Beautiful Property in Old Town Peniscola!

We loved our stay in this lovely 3rd floor/top floor apartment close to the castle, lighthouse and House of conches! There is no elevator, so best if you have small bags/a backpack. There is limited, free parking next to the port (about 100 meters away). The bed was comfy and the apartment appointed well. We loved the little balcony off the dining area for breakfast, dinner and late drinks/people watching. The view of the Port and water was lovely! We also liked having the private washing machine/drying line on the roof. There is an extra stipend of 14 euros cash for sheets and towels. The host, Vanessa, was lovely and responsive/easy to work with. We would definitely rent with her again!
