The apartment is in a great location, is well equipped with everything you need, and is very clean. What makes this property special is the extremely attentive and personal service provided by Nick the Account Manager. From our original booking through coordination of arrival, and answering questions regarding the apartment and surrounding area, Nick was excellent. He responded quickly to all inquiries, communicated clearly, and did so in a very friendly and professional manner. THANK YOU NICK FOR MAKING OUR STAY IN LONDON A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE.

Great location

The property is furnished as pictured. Great location with easy walking access to Mayfair. Comfortable bed, good water pressure. 1 flight of stairs to the flat and 1 flight inside. No clothes washer. We had some issues with internet connection. Overall it was comfortable and warm in December.

Thanks so much for taking the time to write a review. Many apologies for any inconvenience but the washing machine is in the downstairs bathroom. It does describe that in the homeguide but can be easily missed. I hope you enjoyed your stay otherwise!

The property is in an excellent location in Shepherds Market, with lots of restaurants, pubs and notable sites such as Piccadilly Circus and Buckingham Palace within walking distance. The property itself was well equipped with high end appliances in the kitchen and good laundry facilities. Our only issue was that the internal stairs were not easy to navigate, so much so that we didn’t take our luggage up to the bedroom.

Great location apartment needs upgrades

The location in Mayfair was great The apartment needs a new bed and upgrades to WiFi.The bed is balanced on a single piece of wood which we had to go under the bed to replace twice WiFi is very slow or not working.
