Provencale villa with private swimming pool, can welcome up to 10 guests

Villa Alba is a beautiful single storey villa with private pool, located in St Vallier de Thiey, 15 minutes above Grasse and about 1 hour from Nice and 45 minutes from Antibes and Cannes. It is built on a fully fenced-in plot, with automatic gate and parking for 4 cars and is a walkable distance (15 mins) to the centre of the village and all its amenities.

Parental room: Double bed (160x190), television (flat screen), private shower room with walk-in italian shower, double sink, WC, private terrace, hanging chair. Reversible climate control.

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (80x190cm), possible to zip together to make a double bed.

Bedroom 3 - single bed (mezzanine), television (flat screen).

Bedroom 4 - bunk beds + a trundle bed.

Kitchen: Oven, hob, American style fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso), toaster, kettle, washing machine and dishwasher.

Living / dining room - TV (flat screen), DVD player, sofa bed "U" shaped, wood burning stove, table and 6 chairs. French windows and windows overlooking the terrace and the garden.

There is a toilet with wash hand basin just off of the main entrance hallway.

There is another brand new bathroom complete with big bath, shower attachment with toilet and double sink unit.

Garden / terraced areas - 2 tables with ample chairs for dining. Gas barbecue. Swings, trampoline and 2 slides. Swimming pool with 3 sun loungers. The pool is well secured with a fence and gate specifically for swimming pools.

WIFi included.

There are 2 cats in residence who spend the majority of the time outdoors and come in only to eat and sleep during bad weather in winter. If you can feed them once in a while, perfect! If not, we can put them in a boarding house for cats, but additional fees will be applied to cover a part of the cost.

What is there in Saint-Vallier-de-Thiey?

In the centre of the village, there is a huge park called ''le grand Pre'', a children playground, tennis courts and a skate park! There is also a tourist office which can advise you on all local events. There is a supermarket open 6 days a week (not sunday) but there is also a local Spar open 7/7, both are within walking distance and there is also a petrol station 24h / 24h, 7d / 7d at the supermarket.

You will also find doctors, a pharmacy, a post office, restaurants, pizzerias and bars as well as a tabac - all commodities are close!

Getting around:

A bus passes regularly and will take you to Grasse (the city of perfume) where there is a bus station and a train station.

You can go to the beach in Mandelieu, Antibes, Juan-Les-Pins or Cannes which are all very pleasant with sandy beaches or you can go a little further to the Esterel where it is a little quieter.

Not far from the village is the Siagne which a beautiful lazy river with refreshing swimming, or there is the lake Saint Cassien (lac Saint Cassien) located about 30 minutes from the village.

The mountains are also very close with the village and lake of Thorenc and its farms selling artisanal products not so far and there is the Bison nature park as well as many other magical and dazzling places to discover.
