NICE VILLA FOR RENT IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL, for up to 6 people.
LAY OUT: This large 160 m2 villa is distributed on one floor with 3 three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds) all with Air conditioning and two bathrooms with shower. There is a beautiful living room with comfortable beige leather sofas and a lovely fireplace, all this leads to a nice fully equipped separate kitchen.
EXTERIOR: It has large terrace spaces, a nice pool and several plant boxes with different types of plants. The covered terrace is furnished, so as to enjoy splendid breakfasts, and has access via a staircase to a roof terrace with hammocks where there are direct views of the famous natural park Peñon de Ifach. Beside the pool an outdoor furnished area with barbecue. The entrance to the plot is via a sliding door and inside the plot has space enough to park 3 vehicles.
LOCATION: The villa is located in a residential area of Calpe, 5 minutes drive from great restaurants and beautiful beaches of fine sand.
OTHER: AIR CONDITIONING IN BEDROOMS AND LIVING ROOM, FREE WIFI INTERNET.
