BEAUTIFUL VILLA FOR RENT IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL, for up to 8 people.
LAYOUT: The villa is distributed on two floors, connected by an exterior staircase. On the upper floor we have two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms en suite with shower. We have a fully equipped American kitchen and a large comfortable living-dining room, from this living room we go out onto a wooden terrace equipped with terrace furniture. Finally we find a courtesy toilet. On the lower floor we have two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower. Finally it has an American kitchen and a dining room.
EXTERIOR: This villa has a garden, with various trees and plants. It has a large terrace with swimming pool and sun loungers and a nice terrace area with a barbecue to entertain and relax.
LOCATION: Located in a quiet residential area, conveniently located just a few steps from the sandy cove Cala del Mallorqui, with Les Basetes boat club a little further along the new 'cliff top' nature walk, where you can find two restaurants as well as all kind of activities including sailing, windsurfing, and diving. Supermarkets and restaurants is also located next to the villa.
