About Liz & Javi
My husband & I purchased this apartment 6 years ago and ourselves & our family have loved staying here during this time. We want to share our home with you because we know you will love it just as much as we do. We live most of the time in Mallorca and hence we can be sure you get what you have reserved and paid for. We are honest, hard working people and as such we appreciate how important your holiday is to you.
Why Liz & Javi chose Pollença
The location is PERFECT. You feel like you are almost in the water and the sea & the view change according to the time of day. When you get up in the morning, usually the sea is very calm, the bay is still and you feel at one with mother nature. It really is the most idyllic location and we have renovated the apartment so it is modern, enjoys all facilities and we know you will come back and stay with us again and again.
What makes this Apartment unique
When we were looking to buy a holiday home, we had viewed quite alot, but as soon as we saw this apartment, we knew immediately this was the right one, because of the view. We then spent weeks working with the builders, ripping out walls, redesgning the whole interior and then decorated it to a very good standard. So now we have everything- the stunning view and the modern 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom apartment right on the beach. From the lounge and the master bedroom, you hear the sea lapping against the shore and the distant tinkle of the yatch masts in the breeze. Open the full glass balcony doors in the bedroom and lounge and you are overlooking the beach. Its our dream home accomplished and we know you will love it as well.

Fantastic location and views
Really comfortable apartment in a fantastic location.
Liz was there to meet us on arrival along with some essentials to get us settled in, including a bottle of wine.
Apartment has fantastic views over Pollenca bay.
We have stayed in Pollenca for many years now, and this is probably the best apartment we have used so far

Idyllic location
Fantastic spot on the beautiful Pine Walk. Apartment has everything with the beach literally on your doorstep.

Fantastic Fortnight in a First Class Location
The accommodation could not be better located. Pine Walk beachfront, mini-supermarket almost next door, 10 minute casual stroll to the town square.
We had direct dealings with the owners, Liz and Javi, and they are the nicest, most accommodating people I have had to deal with.
Book it - you will not regret it.

Lovely accommodation, with all amenities, spacious, Showers hot, hot water always readily available even when all bathrooms in use. spacious kitchen plenty of storage. Great location.

Wonderful views from the balcony, well appointed apartment and in a very central location.
We spent a comfortable week at the apartment with stunning views from the balcony overlooking the Pine Walk in a very central location. The weather was mixed and we were glad of the warm air heating of an evening. Communication with Liz, the owner, was excellent and any queries replied to very promptly. We were grateful for the welcome pack, including: bottled water, milk, Cava, coffee and sugar sachets, biscuits and dishwasher tablets. We had no problems with the wi-fi; all very straightforward and easy to download. Perhaps thicker, plusher towels in the bathrooms would be a suggestion but very easy to air and dry through on the balcony and the washing machine was simple to use. The apartment was well appointed with plenty of crockery and cutlery, glasses, chopping boards, pots & pans, utensils etc. We tended to eat out or make use of the oven or microwave for reheating pizzas or pasta from the nearby Deli and shopping was bought from any of the nearby Spar stores or the bigger Euroski. There was plenty of nearby parking for the hire car, which was rented from Hyper car rental in Puerto Pollensa - again all very straightforward with no hidden extras and no surcharges once we'd got back home to the U.K.
We would be very happy to go back to the apartment and have no hesitation in recommending it to others. I can only imagine the sunshine and wonderful views from the balcony along with the soft sands of the beach below in July and August. Bliss!!

Great apartment, perfect location
Lovely comfortable well equipped apartment in amazing perfect location right on the beach and pine walk. Never got sick of that view! Great air con and wifi better than we have at home (we could even use the wifi on the beach right in front of the apartment!). Having 3 bathrooms was great as we had 4 grown up and teenage kids with us. Lots of restaurants within a few mins walk and a handy wee shop right next door, (good to buy breakfast donuts or baguettes to eat on the beach). Owner helpful and easy to deal with. We had a great holiday, would definitely return and highly recommend.

Location
Coast/Beach
The beaches within the area are amongst the finest on the island. They range from the exclusive, secluded beaches of Formentor, with its nature reserve, to the charming coves of Cala San Vicente. Puerto Pollensa is a combination of ideal family beach and stylish Marina. There is also a good choice of water sports in the vicinity. There is always the stunning, sandy beach of the Bay of Alcudia, stretching from the Marina to Can Picafort and beyond. All are within a short drive of the apartment!
Golf
The North of Mallorca has two gold courses which are the Pollensa and Alcanada Golf Courses.
Golf Pollensa is a nine hole course that is perfectly integrated into the beautiful local environment. The course offers panoramic views over the Tramuntana mountains, olive groves, the bays of Pollensa and Alcudia and s’Albufereta reserve.
Golf Alcanada is the only 18 hole course that is right by the sea. It has 58 well placed green side fairway bunkers, challenging greens with hidden breaks and difficult but fair tee shots, making this golf course a must for all experienced golfers traveling to Mallorca.

If you, or any children or adults from your group wish to be active, there are numerous activities available to you around this area including Trekking/ Hiking, climbing, rock scrambling, swimming, Scuba diving, snorkeling, abseiling, Para gliding, Helicopter Tours, Mountain Biking, Kayaking/ Canoing, Caving and Horse Riding. All these are possible in the north of Mallorca, in or around Alcudia, Pollensa and Cala San Vicente.
