About this property

Villa in condominium emerged in the green of Ilhabela at 50m from the beach and 3km from the historical center of the city.
The house is very comfortable for 8/10 people: (8 adults and 2 children); four bedrooms, five wc, laundry, kitchen, large garden with swimming pool, grill and lots of relaxation. Guests have access to the entire property.

Very suggestive panorama and the city offers many shopping and catering services. It is possible to rent or land private boats at two minutes from the house.

Bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, the city is 135 km from the capital (San Paolo) and 140 km from the border with the State of Rio de Janeiro. It is located just south of the Tropic of Capricorn which passes over the nearby town of Ubatuba. Ilhabela offers almost 40 km of pristine beaches and countless waterfalls.
