A Beira Mar paradise !! Close to Praia do Veloso and Praia do Curral! You can walk to the beach. Beautiful and charming! A colonial style house by the sea with a built area of 324 m² of great charm in the middle of nature. include 4 bedrooms, 2 suites, bathroom, toilet and large living room, dining room and TV room with fireplace, as well as parking for 6 cars. The total area is 5,494 m² with a lot of flora and fauna, beautiful lawn punctuated with stones of different sizes, set in a tropical garden full of palm trees, bromeliads and native orchids. The house has an exclusive pier to access the sea that provides us with unique moments during sunset! Just go down the ladder of the Deck and you're already in the water! Great spot for snorkling!
