The house has six (6) bedrooms, four (4) of them suites, one with Jacuzzi, and rooms, porches, fireplace, kitchen, service area, indoor and outdoor garden, and central air conditioning throughout the house.

Wonderful house!!!
My family and I stayed there for 10 days..... Everything was perfect (except for the ice maker!!). It is the house that you see in the pictures!!
Absolutely "pé na areia"!!
Angela, the housekeeper is great! We took her with us to do the grocery shopping the first days and she cooked and helped us a lot! Without her it would have been difficult!

A Casa é muito gostosa, a temporada foi ótima, a funcionária Angela nos ajudou com muito amor.
Fomos bem recebidos, não nos preocupamos com nada.
Amamos o lugar, o condomínio é muito bem cuidado.
Sergio deu ótimas dicas foi muito prestativo.
Indicamos esta casa com certeza, muito agradável uma vista linda a praia é ótima.
Agradou a todos, e deu para surfar, eba!!!!!!!!!!!!! tudo de bom!!!!

Aconchegante!!!
Estive Neste Fim de Semana, feriado de finados, hospedado com familiares nesta casa. Uma casa privilegiada, local seguro, Ótima estadia, condomínio diferenciado, a casa em sem comentários, perfeita. espero em breve retornar. Ah, tem a empregada dona Angela, pessoa simples e hospitaleira. 100%. nos serviu muito bem.

ESTADIA PERFEITA
Estive com a minha família no feriado do Dia do Trabalho e acredito que não existe outra casa parecida com esta em Maresias. Ja fiquei em outras e pode se dizer que é incomparável com as demais. A casa é muito confortável, espaçosa, TV com centenas de canais em todos os ambientes, condominio muito bem cuidado, funcionários atenciosos, localização excelente dentro do proprio condominio por ser a casa pé na areia, e ainda na melhor parta de Maresias que é o Canto do Moreira. Recomendo a todos esta locação e tenho certeza que vão fazer um ótimo negócio como eu fiz.

MARAVILHOSA - DEFINIÇÃO PERFEITA
A casa é realmente maravilhosa.
Os aposentos são extremamente confortáveis, a localização não poderia ser melhor, e a vista? Espetacular.
A cozinha é ótima e dispõe de todos os utensílios necessários para uma estadia confortável.
Minha família e amigos simplesmente amaram a casa e todos pretendemos retornar em breve.
