Located in the enchanting Samoggia Valley, on the Bologna hills at 250 m s. l.m., the house is located in an oasis of tranquility within a farm of 70 hectares of land between arable land, vineyard and wood. Not far from the cities of Bologna, Modena, Ferrara, Parma, Mantova, Ravenna, it is only 3 km from a new golf course.
Inside a tower-house of historical importance (typical example of the architecture of the Comacini masters of the XII and XIV centuries)
Not far away are the medieval villages such as Castello di Serravalle, Monteveglio, Bazzano and other small towns in the province of Bologna and Modena, home to festivals aimed at getting to know the area and its typical products. In the area, restaurants and trattorias where you can taste traditional Emilian dishes.
The apartment is on the second floor and has a living room with an equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms one of which with a sitting area inside the tower, 2 bathrooms. In the living room there is a double sofa bed
