About this property

For guests that enjoy a lovely rural location with stunning views across the countryside to the mountains beyond, yet still close to the Spanish town of Coin, and just a 45 minute drive to the coast, this lovely villa is in an ideal spot. Nicely decorated with a traditional Spanish style throughout, it provides a very typical place to enjoy a peaceful holiday.
There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, (another bathroom is also situated just beside the Outside kitchen) and a lounge/kitchen area which are all on one level.
This property is all about outside living!! A huge terrace surrounds the lovely pool with plenty of space for sun loungers etc. The outdoor kitchen is spacious and fully equipped for outdoor entertaining with a barbecue and table and chairs. This is a perfect property to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Spanish countryside, yet close enough to other amenities that the area has to offer.

Quiet place with big outdoor kitchen

Nice house with good space and a big outdoor kitchen. Big pool and plenty room for a relaxing holiday. We had a lovely holiday and the owner was very helpful

Alles perfekt

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, es gibt einen schönen großen Pool und eine große Außenküche. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, was sehr wichtig für einen Urlaub im Ferienhaus ist, denn man kocht sehr oft. In jedem Zimmer gibt es Klimaanlagen, sodass es nie zu heiß war. Da wir an einigen Tagen gearbeitet haben, war es sehr wichtig, eine gute Internetverbindung zu haben, was auch der Fall war. Auch hier alles perfekt! Christina war immer erreichbar und super hilfreich. Zwei Sachen, die nicht so gut gelaufen sind: zum einen, sind die Koordinaten der Villa auf FeWo direkt ganz falsch. Wir sind sehr froh, dass Christina sehr hilfsbereit war und uns zu der richtigen Adresse persönlich begleitet hat, sonst hätten wir das Haus nie gefunden. Und das zweite war die Haustür. Leider ist es so, dass an der Haustür außen keinen Griff gibt, sodass der Schlüssel immer in dem Schloss an der äußeren Seite der Tür bleiben muss. Christina hat uns natürlich gleich bei der Ankunft darauf hingewiesen. Leider habe ich an einem Tag vergessen, den Schlüssel ins Schloss außen reinzustecken und die Tür zugemacht. Der Schlüssel blieb in der Tür innen stecken. Christina hat uns an der Stelle sofort geholfen und einen Handwerker geholt, der mehrere Stunden lang versucht hat die Tür aufzumachen, ohne das Schloss kaputt zu machen. Lange rede kurzer Sinn: das Schloss musste ausgerissen und ausgetauscht werden. Trotz dieser einen Situation haben wir unseren Urlaub in diesem Haus sehr genossen!

Great place to relax and discover Andalucia!

Very nice place, clean and well equipped. The swimming pool is big and nice! The kids really had great time here. It is well located to discover nice places around Coín (Ronda, Granada even if a little far away, and the sea places). We were well welcome by the owner who recommended us some places. Thanks a lot!

Magnifique séjour

Excellent séjour dans une très belle et atypique région

Excellent sejour... Maison très bien équipée, très bien située pour visiter l'Andalousie. Au calme dans la montagne. Chemin d'accès un peu compliqué à trouver et à emprunter cependant. Cristina est une hôtesse très sympathique, très réactive pour la moindre demande, très accommodante 😃

Perfecto!

La casa está muy bien, nos costó un poco encontrarla y el acceso un poco regular, pero merece la pena, es una zona tranquila y la casa cuenta está equipada súper bien, tiene más cosas de lo que aparece en anuncio.

Pleasant stay in a lovely house

The house was very clean and the airco which is needed in Summer, worked perfectly. The house has a great view and is well equiped. We enjoyed the nice swimming pool. Friendly owners always ready to help and accesible quickly via Whats Up

Una experiencia excelente

La casa esta espectacular. Tiene un acceso un poco complicado al estar en la sierra pero merece la pena. Tienes mucha tranquilidad y privacidad. La piscina y la cocina exterior están perfectas.
