Relaxed vacation with a wonderful view

We stayed in the apartment for a week with two children and felt very comfortable, the view is fantastic and in 5 minutes you can walk to the beach for swimming or snorkeling. Viviana is a lovely host and the apartment is really pretty and clean and equipped with everything you need to spend relaxing days on the sea.

Seaside gem close to Rome

This property was all that we hoped for in a seaside getaway. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and the town of Santa Marinella had all the amenities needed to make our stay enjoyable. Great stores and excellent restaurants. Our host, Viviana, met us at checkin & provided us with excellent information on the property & local services! The property was well maintained, very clean & had a well stocked kitchen. The views from the deck was exceptional. Throughout our stay Viviana maintained contact to ensure we had everything we needed. She provided information on places to visit and the best restaurants to try. We had an awesome stay at this property.

The very best place to stay in all of Italy with the most amazing owner, Viviana.

The ocean takes your breath away, the flat is perfect in every way and Viviana, the owner, is so incredible. She left a wonderful bottle of wine, brings pastries and has everything you need already stocked. Most of all we really wanted an experience with people and she gave us that in a warm and friendly way that I will cherish forever.. This place is remarkable and already I want to go back..
