Apartment in residential area in Puerto de la Cruz. 15 minutes walk from the city center, walking along a pleasant walk in the shade of the trees.

It is completely independent from our old family residence, with separate entrances and properly isolated.

Suitable for teleworking, with 300 MB of fiber optic internet connection.

Mein Ferienaufenthalt in Teneriffa- Calla San Calos Nr. 1

In unserem Ferienaufenthalt über 8 Wochen hatten wir eineschöne Zeit in Teneriffa - Puerto del la Cruz. Mit unserer Ferienwohnung waren wir zufrieden. Eine sehr zweckmäßig und ordentliche Ausstattung und sehr gut reinlich zu haltenden Räumlichkeiten. Die höhere Lage der Wohnung in der Calla San Carlos bereitete uns keine Schwierigkeiten, da sie gut vom unteren Ortsteil mit ca. 5 Busverbindungen erreichbar ist. Trotzdem sollte man keine Gehbeeinträchtigung besitzen, das gilt für ganz Puerto del la Cruz, es ist seht hügelig. Den Weg in die untere Stadt haben wir stets zu Fuß in ca 25 bis 35 absolviert. Stets bergab mal steil oder weniger steil und über Rampen und Treppenanlagen in Richtung der Badebuchten zur Playa Jardin, zu der Bäderanlage Playa Martinez oder durch die schönen Parklandschaften im Ortsteil Taoro mit guten Blick-punkten über Puerto del la Cruz. Wir erlebten den Carneval mit allen Höhepunkten und hatten zumeist wie hier üblich, schönes Wetter. Alles im Allen eine wunderbare Zeit.
