About this property

A centric but noiseless attic in the centre of Puerto with good internet

This is a lovely attic, on the second floor of a small building of three flats. All of the flats belong to the same owner and are placed for holiday rental. It's a modern house, with two separate bedrooms. Perfect for a family of four or two couples. It has two nice private terraces and is very well decorated and kept.

The place is also perfect for distance working. A good discount is applied as soon as the booking is for 28 nights or over.

The San Telmo beach is at a very short walk of about 50m from the property and the Lago Martianez Pools . You can also enjoy the Martianez beach with its Surf school. All of these are nearby, at a short walking distance, as also the supermarkets, nice restaurants, pharmacies, etc.

The house is very centric in a quiet part of town. The good construction, with double glazed windows help to keep possible noise out. The floor is wood boarding and everything works on electricity.

It's in a flat part of town on a pedestrian street, so no traffic noise. No pubs or discotecs too close. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the island.

This 2 bedroomed attic is very centric and well kept. It's well built with double glazed windows floor boarding, and nice wooden furniture.

It lays on a quiet pedestrian street. In this area we only have small boutiques, so no bar noise.

I, with the help of Erica, will do my best to make your stay as pleasurable as possible.

De advantages of this living is that it is modern, clean, cozzy, centric and well kept in a very centric part of town with two individual bedrooms and two nice terraces. It is not easy to find a place with these characteristics and this quality in this area.

It lays very close to the sea, so you can escape a moment and take a nice dive into the Atlantic Ocean.
