A luxury detached villa on a private residence adjacent to the St. Thomas Golf Beziers. Calm and quiet, between vineyards and nature yet only a short drive away from a huge range of tourist attractions offered locally. Fifteen minutes drive from a choice of family friendly sandy beaches (many winning blue flags for cleanliness) and thirty minutes from the foothills of the regional park Haut-Languedoc.

* Large living room with open plan kitchen.
* Well equipped kitchen including oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker. The washing machine is situated in the garage
* Lawn on three sides fenced for security with an entry gate
* Two terraces, one covered on the ground floor alfresco dining or just enjoying the sunshine, the other accessible from one of the upstairs bedrooms with stunning views over teh counrtyside and the golf course.
* Garage attached (for 1 car) and private parking (for 1 car)

* TV with satellite channels receiving many French, English, German, ...
On the ground floor of the villa, open plan kitchen with spacious living room containing large table and chairs for 8. Lounge area with a sofa and armchairs, TV with satellite receiver, DVD player, small library of books and games. Two sets of French windows allow acces to the covered terrace, with a table and outdoor seating provide dining - eg enjoying the barbecue - or just relaxing in the sunshine.
Two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, also lie low. They are located on either side of a separate and a bathroom with bath amenities. This configuration could be suitable for people with disabilities.

Upstairs 2 further double bedrooms each have a bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. One of these rooms also gives access to a large sun terrace where the view to the golf course and the surrounding countryside is beautiful.
The sun shines over 300 days a year and the climate is one of the most generous in France. This is the perfect place for a sunny relaxing holiday with family or friends.

Endroit calme mais un peu l'on de tout ..

Belle piscine mais zéro transats autour 😏 pour la relaxation c'est tout de même mieux sur un transat que sur le sol dur... Manque également une supérette avec du pain frais obligé de prendre sans cesse la voiture pour Lidl le plus proche a 10mn...

Très belle villa

Villa très agréable... elle a totalement répondu à nos attentes et nous a permis de passer d'excellentes vacances... Très propre ; Chaque chambre bénéficie de ses toilettes et de sa salle de bain. Au calme ...à 15 minutes en voiture de Béziers. La clim et la piscine de la résidence un vrai plus par ces fortes chaleurs. Des hôtes et un accueil au top !

Nous avons séjourné dans cette maison du 4 au 29 avril 2018. Nous étions quatre personnes et nous avions tous nos appartement privés. La maison était top nickel à notre arrivée et rien ne manquait, ni pour la cuisine, ni pour les reste. L’accueil des propriétaires, qui étaient sur place à notre arrivée, nous a fait très chaud au coeur. Nous avons bien sympathisé et ils ont.rendu notre séjour très agréable en plus de nous fournir plein d’informations sur les possibilités de visites. Nous y retournerions sincèrement avec grand plaisir car la situation de la maison est parfaite pour visiter la région du Languedoc Rousillon qui est magnifique. Nous n’avons rien trouvé de négatif dans cette location,. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous.

Spacious and well equipped villa.

The Villa had plenty of living space for the 8 people staying.Ideally three of the bedrooms would be better if they were twin rather than double rooms.On arrival not enough towels were provided for the 8 of us but the lady who lived just round the corner bought more to us. A car is a must as the golf resort is very remote and nothing is in walking distance apart from the club house at the golf club. The politics around the swimming pool are frustrating.We found the reception staff to be quite rude ,no drinks (even plastic bottles of water)or food are allowed around the pool yet they do not provide a bar service.It appeared to be very selective as to who the staff would discipline, which made it feel very unwelcoming and as a consequence we avoided the pool if we could. It is a great base for exploring as Serignan beach is 20 mins away likewise the centre of Bezier,45minutes and you are in the mountains. We would definitely visit the region again as it was our first visit to southern France.

Que de bons souvenirs....

Superbe villa. On y a passé un très beau séjour. Seul bémol, la cuisine un peu petite pour la cuisinière que je suis mais on ne vient généralement pas en vacances pour cuisiner. Jardin et clos particulièrement agréable. Vue absolument splendide de la terrasse à l’étage…. à couper le souffle. Endroit très calme, en pleine nature. Bien sécurisé pour les enfants. Tout y est bien pensé, fonctionnel, bien entretenu. Les volumes sont biens adaptés au nombre de personnes. Déco soignée pour un lieu de vacances. Les salles de douches ou de bains nombreuses permettent de garder une certaine intimité si on est à plusieurs couples. A refaire.

Très agréable séjour dans une villa tout confort !

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour : la villa est très bien située et au calme, les chambres sont spacieuses, salles de bain bien aménagées, les 2 terrasses bien exposées. Nous reviendrons sans nul doute !
