Spacious renovated airconditioned appartment 60 sq meters or 645,835 sq. feet located at the second floor out of 3 floors building, in a quiet area.

Entering the appartment we are at the living room with the fully equipped kitchen and the large extra beds leading to the balkony.
At the left of the main living area is located the main bedroom with the king bed giving emphasis to the romance that our town offers.
Private bathroom and shower inside the apartment.

The property is located just a few steps away from the sandy organised beach of Nea Chora, please check the provided photos.

Within 10 or less minutes walking distance to the city shopping center and the famous venetian harbor of Chania old town. Close by is located the central bus station and the highway of Crete.

Alot of amenities are spreadet around the corners at the area, such as bakery, restaurants-tavernas at the seaside front offering delicious dishes-meals based on the famous Cretan gastronomy. Near by is the bus stop, taxi stand, super market, mini markets that usually are remained open till late night hours, Bank ATM included.

Generally speaking everything are located just around you so you may enjoy your stay with no worries.
