Apartment with about 40 square meters, with bedroom with two beds that can be joined together and transformed into a great double bed, each with a private bathroom with bathtub and a kitchen set up to cook small meals.
The apartment also has a common room with sofa bed that can still receive, comfortably two people.

Correct

L'appartement est très bien situé, par contre l'immeuble est plutôt ancien et la vue sur la piscine abandonnée n'est pas très jolie. Sinon la décoration est soignée dans le logement. Il y a juste la salle de bain qui ne correspond pas du tout aux photos. Sur l'annonce il était écrit 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain mais il n'y avait qu'une chambre et une salle de bain!!!! Pour améliorer ce logement, il faudrait vraiment investir dans une climatisation car il y fait vraiment trop chaud. Sinon le propriétaire était très sympa et à l'écoute. Logement correct dans l'ensemble pour 2/3 jours.

Desagrado

O proprietário disse não trabalhar com a VRBO. Explicou-me que não sabia da reserva porque já não trabalhava com empresa há bastante tempo. Apresentou uma solução, segundo ele, na tentativa de colmatar um erro VRBO. O apartamento que disponibilizou nada se aproximou com as espectativas. Um apartamento vista mar, foi substituído por um apartamento com vista para um pseudo jardim com muito pouco verde e o que pretendia ser um chafariz (mal limpo e sem água), o apartamento muito antigo tinha portas com bastante humidade armários de casa de banho muito velhos, não tinha exaustão na cozinha (o apartamento cheirava sempre ao alimento cozinhado por último), sem ar condicionado (o que foi muito complicado em dias em que às 22h se verificaram 35 graus), zonas comuns sombrias e mal cheirosas. A única verdade no anúncio prende-se com a localização e a praia maravilhosa.

Best ocean view!

My husband and I drove up and down the coast line of Portugal taking hikes and swimming at various beaches But we agreed that we loved our stay at this VRBO the best as it had the most beautiful view at sunset and it was centrally located to all of the activities that we actually wanted to do such as hiking the cliffs, sea kayaking and swimming. Property was in a great location and very quiet in the evenings even with the windows wide open. We would definitely come back again!

Location Can't Be Beat

Positive: Location to beach and restaurants; elevator to the beach, view (except for the pool which was empty and full of weeds and an eyesore to look at from the balcony) The host was good with check in and communication. Very close for the cliff walks (which are amazing to do) Air conditioning in the living room. The price was excellent and I guess you get what you pay for. Negatives: No internet in the suite, you have to go to the lobby, only a few channels on the tv, the kitchen did not include many of essentials, (no coffee cups, wine glasses, or glasses, no drying cloths or wash cloths, barely enough cutlery; only two bath towels provided for the week for two adults) The suite had one working light in the bathroom, the host was supposed to bring glasses and replace a burnt out light in the bathroom, but didn't. Eventually the one light in the bathroom also burned out. They did replace it with one other bulb very quickly. The building is very run down and dark and dreary. There is a smell both in the suite and common areas. The smell in the suite dissipated after a few days of leaving the windows open. Basically the property is run down.
