Lovely villa with garden and sea view
Townhouse with two bedrooms located in a condominium in Carvoeiro. This ground floor property comprises a fully equipped kitchen with access to a service area and stairs to a roof terrace, bathroom and two bedrooms, one of them ensuite. The guests can relax in an open living and dinning area with a beautiful marble fireplace and access to a south facing garden, ideal to enjoy the sunshine.
The villa has wi-fi internet, air conditioning, tv and fireplace.
The guests can use the communal gardens from the condominium.
The pool of the complex is managed by the local Restaurant, conditions of use and any fees that are charged are not responsibility of the property owners.
For reasons of force majeure, we cannot accept reservation from guests attending to festivals.
For reservations in the winter period (Novembro to March) the electricity consumption is charged extra.
Advise us if you require an extra bed, travel cot or baby high chair so we can leave it in the property for your arrival.

All the comforts of home
Truly enjoyed our stay at this villa in Club Golfemar. A beautiful and peaceful community that is just minutes away from Carvoeiro. The view was really nice from the rootop terrace and the the Lighthouse restaurant at the clubhouse/pool area offers incredible 180° views of the ocean a Farol de Alfanzina. Loved the open garden within the community, which was right near the villa.The kitchen was very well appointed for cooking at home. Parking was very convenient at the back of the house or on the street near the walkway leading to the front door.
We look forward to staying again.

Sehr sauber,Umfangreiche Küchenausstattung mit modernen Geräten, Sehr gute Klimaanlage,die Betten waren ziemlich hart,das WLAN hatte zu bestimmten Zeiten seine Schwächen, Die Lage ist gut, Parkplatz direkt am Haus,die Musik vom Pool/Restaurant schallt über die Anlage, das ist nicht Jedermanns Geschmack, war aber nicht so laut,da Reihenhaus, sind bei Belegung der Nachbarhäuser schon Geräusche der anderen Urlauber zu hören, ist aber normal.,Die Fotos geben alles realistisch wieder
