A beautiful ocean view villa set in a peaceful, select complex near Carvoeiro, perfect for a relaxing Algarve escape. With two en-suite bedrooms, full air conditioning, and stunning Atlantic views, it offers a comfortable and welcoming base for couples, families, or a golf break.

This is our second home, so it’s kept in immaculate condition and thoughtfully equipped for a truly comfortable stay. The villa features a spacious lounge with comfortable seating, a fully fitted kitchen for proper home cooking, and a bright glass sunroom overlooking the private gardens. There’s also a roof terrace where you can unwind and enjoy the sea views.

The villa is fully air conditioned, with a log burner for cooler evenings, making it ideal year-round. We provide fresh linen and towels, along with beach towels to help save on luggage. A cot and high chair are also available on request.

The location is peaceful yet well connected. There are lovely clifftop walks right from the front door, and a small selection of restaurants and a local shop just a 5-minute walk away. The lively village of Carvoeiro is only a 10-minute drive, offering a wider choice of restaurants, bars, and amenities.

Several beautiful beaches are nearby and are best reached by a short drive, especially in the warmer months. The area is also ideal for golf, with a number of well-known courses within easy reach.

Guests have access to a shared swimming pool set within landscaped gardens, with separate areas for adults and children. There is a poolside bar serving drinks and snacks, and sun loungers are available for a small charge.

You’ll have full use of the villa, private gardens, pool, and roof terrace throughout your stay. A trusted local housekeeper maintains the property to a high standard and is available should you need any assistance, and I’m always reachable by phone if required. Most guests, however, find everything straightforward and enjoy a completely relaxed, independent stay.

The villa is fully equipped with everything needed for both short and longer stays, including a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and WiFi. Whether you’re visiting for a week or staying longer, it’s a peaceful and comfortable place to unwind and enjoy the Algarve at your own pace.
