The house is located in a residential area and very quiet, 400 m from the beach Toulindac and the nautical base where you can enjoy many activities.
From the house you can reach in a few minutes walk the gulf coastal path, in several places, for short or very long walks at the water's edge.
At the pier of Port Blanc, 7 minutes walk, many boats can go around the Gulf or go to enjoy the islands: Ile aux monks (4 minutes crossing), Ile d'Arz, Houat. ..
You will find shops, markets, restaurants, bars, creperies and various activities (golf) in Arradon or Baden, two charming villages at 5 km.

Week in Golfe du Morbihan

Guy’s house is super modern, with attention paid to every detail. It’s close to the beach and the port and the boat trip to Isle aux Moines with our bikes was a highlight of the holiday. The beds are very comfortable and the location is peaceful. Overall we felt it was a great find.

Maison très belle, bien placée, excellement équipée, beaucoup d'espace et jardin très agréable. Très appréciable de pouvoir stationner les voitures en toute sécurité. Le bonheur

On ouvre la porte: on est chez nous. Maison accueillante, lumineuse ( luminosité naturelle et luminosité artificielle) de grands espaces ( tant a l’extérieur qu’à l’intérieur), bien agencée, propreté impeccable, literie impeccable, calme, pratique, décoration élégante et raffinée, une multitude de produits nettoyants, tout est pensé pour le locataire. Mme DENIS ( lien entre le propriétaire et le locataire) est une personne disponible, accueillante et très professionnelle. Le seul regret: séjour terminé on ferme la porte et l’on doit quitter cette maison. Donc, effectivement le bonheur pendant une semaine.

Maison très agréable

Nous avions passé un agréable séjour en famille le beau temps était bien au rendez-vous, très belle maison lumineuse,spacieuse avec un beau jardin et jolie terrasse au calme la maison est très bien équipée . Pas loin de la mer l'emplacement idéal pour la balade à pieds en bord de mer . Les propiritaires nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse ,ils nous ont donnés les excellentes et indispensables adresses pour visiter l'endroit et le joli golf du Morbihan. Aussi un grand merci à Mme Denis très charmante et réactive elle etait présente et disponible en cas de besoin ,nous avions oublier les serviettes de bain et plage mais nous avions fait appel à elle qui avait fait le nécessaire pour nous dépanner nous l'a remercions. C 'est une belle region à refaire une prochaine fois. Location à recommander sans hésiter. Mme Bendris
