B&B Vecchiascuola di Pianazzola, apartments and rooms for rent in a school

The Vecchia Scuola B&B has an incredible view across the Val Bregaglia and Valchiavenna with a 360 degree panorama.
Reachable in just 10 minutes by car from Chiavenna centre, the building is a full immersion in nature and calm.
 
If for you it is worth driving 5 kilometers by car into a winding road to get to a paradise place, without traffic and noise surrounded by nature with a fantastic view over Chiavenna and Val Bregaglia, you are in the right place.
And if you can walk 300 meters from the parking lot (free) in a fantastic stone village, you are booking the right place. Pianazzola is a hamlet of 50 people, with stone houses and paths.
Our building, built between 1906 and 1916 and completely restored in 2016/18, was the old school of Pianazzola.
The rooms are therefore all decorated with school subjects: biology, mathematics, philosophy, geography, enelogy, music, astronomy and letters.
The B&B has 5 double rooms and three apartments of 40 square meters. All rooms have private bathroom with shower; television, wifi internet included.
Around the structure we also find a land of 240 square meters to relax and sunbathe.
Downstairs our house we also have a restaurant, Restaurant La Terrazza, which is managed by Max.

Vecchiascuola is intentionally devoid of the gymnastics room: here sport is an activity to be performed in open air! Our surroundings offer many possibilities for the more sporty: walks and trekking in the nearby Via Spluga and in various paths through the woods (there is also the vertical KM race that passes nearby), canyoning in Val Bodengo, water sports at the lake of Como, skiing in Madesimo and St. Moritz. There are also climbing trails nearby and a via ferrata at a distance of 300 meters. For a stay in the nature, relax and sport!

Around the house there are cats, dogs, dwarf goats, rabbits, the ideal place for children seeking contact with nature.

Colazione dalle 8.00-9:45, solitamente presso il Ristorante la Terrazza al piano sotto del bnb, oppure nel cortile. Pranzo/cena su prenotazione

Super schöne Herberge In Altem Bergdorf

Wir waren für eine Nacht auf der Reise nach Südfrankreich da. Sehr toll renoviert es altes Schulhaus in einem skurrilen kleinen Dorf am Hang. War toll zu erleben, abends Blick auf das Tal mit Glühwürmchen Begleitung… Das Navi hat uns in der Anreise nicht wirklich geholfen, André hat uns aber per WhatsApp den Weg gezeigt.

Außergewöhnliches B&B

Das B&B befindet sich in der ehemaligen Schule eines malerischen Bergdörfchens oberhalb Chiavennas. Mit viel Liebe und hoher Qualität eingerichtet in einem Mix aus Tradition und Moderne. Atemberaubender Blick aus allen Zimmern. Das Restaurant im Erdgeschoß ebenso, große Terasse. Wir kommen wieder!

Es war super!

Leider hat die Reservation mit dieser Seite nicht geklappt, es zeigte uns Platz für 22 Personen an, jedoch hatte es in der Unterkunft nich so viel Platz... aber Herr Platzer hat Kontakt mit mir aufgenommen und so konnten wir dank seiner Hilfe doch noch alle bei Ihm übernachten. Er und sein Team haben es wirklich super gemacht! es hat uns alles riisig gefallen, vielen Dank dafür!
