We offer a relaxed and friendly atmosphere in the safest and most exclusive area of Lima, a few steps from excellent restaurants, shops, and cafes. We have outdoor areas, a patio with tables and chairs to enjoy the sun, rooms with balcony views, and an equipped kitchen. WiFi throughout the property. We are happy to welcome you!

The house is spacious, has 3 levels, and has modern finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms, keeping a cozy style in other environments.
It is ideal for groups of friends or families looking for a home away from home with an excellent location.

Casita Boutique has 7 bedrooms, 3 ½ bathrooms with hot water in the showers, living room with sofas, chairs, board games, a large dining table, fast wifi throughout the property, work and desk for laptops, patio equipped with tables and chairs, equipped kitchen and balcony.
The rooms are organized as follows:

- Room 1 and 2: Located on the second level, very large, they have a very comfortable double bed, full wardrobe, windows overlooking the city and the inner patio.
- Room 3: Located on the second level, it has a single bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, windows, mirror.
- Room 4 and 5: Located on the third level, wood finishes and details, double bed, windows overlooking the city and access to balcony, mirrors.
- Room 6: Located on the third level, small size, windows, double bed, full bathroom incorporated into the room.
- Room 7: On the third level, single bed, with interior windows, mirror, bedside table and fan.

Our guests have access to the 3 levels of the house.
We make sure we have all the basic utensils that are needed to cook an excellent dinner! :

- We have a small dining room inside the kitchen to cook and entertain at the same time.
- 1 regular oven
- 1 microwave oven
-4-burner kitchen
- Kitchen elements such as pots, pans, teapot, drainer, corks, plates of various sizes among others.
- Sufficient knives, forks, spoons and plates for all the people of the group.
- Small coffee machine to enjoy freshly brewed coffee.

We also have an interior patio which has a small garden, tables and chairs to spend the day, have drinks and enjoy the sun.

We are available to serve you every day, if you have any special requirement or query do not hesitate to write us.

You can park on the street, we have space to park on our front.
Public transport has access to 10 steps of our entrance.
