A Beautiful 2 Bedroom Self-Contained Villa Apartament with Seaviews
This lovely 2 bedroom self-contained apartment in a beautiful Villa is located on the Montgo mountain overlooking the Historic town of Denia, where you can enjoy some of the best views over the marina and the town. Perfect for families or those who want to escape the busy city life but still being only a few minutes drive from the centre of the town and its beaches.
The apartment is situated on the ground floor, with a kitchen and dining area. There is a large bathroom with corner bath and a shower. One of the bedrooms has 2 single beds. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a sofa bed and TV, it can be used both as a bedroom and a lounge. The property is surrounded by private gardens with a BBQ area and a private pool from which you can enjoy the fantastic sea views.
Pets are welcome. No disable access. The car is necessary to drive down to the town, shops, restaurants and the beach. There is off road parking for several cars in front of the property.
