Please note that due to the peaceful setting, the chalet is only available for family or group rentals, and reservations for guests under 27 years old will not be accepted. The property is strictly for recreational use, and parties, including student parties or hen/stag do gatherings, are not permitted. Tenants are required to sort waste responsibly, and no waste should be left inside or outside the house. Music, sound systems, and light installations are also prohibited to maintain the serene environment.

Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 200,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
