Beautiful large sandstone home from home, situated in quiet private lane 20 minutes walk to the town centre, passing many restaurants and shops.
The house includes a flatscreen TV with Netflix, games room, large garden, private parking for 3 cars, ev charger and hotel quality linen.
Ideal base to exploring the lovely parks, beaches & historic buildings nearby. A few minutes walk from the Dock Park with a lovely river walk to Glencaple.
