About this property

Well located cottage with a view of Ferring Lake just approx. 150 meters from the house. In addition, there are only approx. 400 meters from the roaring North Sea. The cottage is practically furnished with a combined living room / kitchen with comfortable furniture, free internet, DVD player, stereo with CD player and flat screen TV with international channels. In addition, there is Chromecast, where you can stream your own TV services, etc. The kitchen has i.a. ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms, both with double bed, as well as an extra bed in the living room. Bathroom with bathing environment and shower. There is a high chair for the little ones. Access to terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue and views of Ferring Lake, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun goes down over the water. Indoor dartboard. Not for rent to youth groups.
